Cindy went far and beyond for me. She made sure I was comfortable in my room and even asked how I slept. I appreciate her kindness towards me. Yesterday life had beaten me up and I wasn’t happy but she kept a smile and gave me assurance that everything will be okay.

Ms. Angela was wonderful and friendly and helpful, the rooms were good, only saw a few roaches but after cleaning myself it was better and stink bugs but all staff is wonderful, the location is in the center of town but nights and weekends can get loud... Ms Corcindy was very rude and condescending and there is NO HOT WATER HASN'T BEEN SINCE WE GOT HERE AND LEFT AND CAME BACK, it gets warm at times but not long enough to wash dishes or get a nice shower...it's pet friendly but people don't pick up after their animals (bad owner's not dogs)

I've been living here since December 10, 2024, and I always have a good experience with the staff. The manager here, Corcindy, helped me understand my bill and was very nice and understanding.Night staff Kyron and Teal are very helpful when my key stops working and help with any complaints I might have. But lately, I haven't had any. They are very friendly, speak all the time, ask me how my day is going, and make me feel welcomed here. Sorry, the other staff here is great, but I just don't remember their names yet.

ANGELA WAS AMAZING After losing my little boy recently I was without a home for my children and I. We originally were treated poorly by the location on cliff dale and things went wrong and really had me feeling defeated But Angela was warm and welcoming She was kind She showed us the rooms without hesitation She made sure we were comfortable Angela deserves her flowers. Fayetteville is a tough community but she is definitely a bright light within it. Thank you Angela From the McBride’s family

The staff here have been really warm and friendly especially Angela she has really been sweet and helpful during my stay here. The room I will admit wasn't the cleanest but definitely not the worst place I have stayed. Location wise it has great walk ability plenty or restaurants just right nearby also a hospital really close in case of emergencies it's actually a very well placed hotel. Would definitely recommend and will more than likely be returning myself.

Greatly appreciate this establishment. They really stepped it up from my first week in here in room 103. It wasn’t the best but they switched my room to 227 and then again to 429. The only thing that got me uncomfortable was the bullet hole in the window of 429. I was recently shot so it triggered me but I pushed through and enjoyed my time with the staff and saw how the cleanliness really got better and made me feel like I was at home. Today I’m parting ways with them because God blessed my finance and I with a humble abide and now I’m free and back to living with God at the forefront of all my decisions. God bless everyone and anybody sick read Isaiah 53:5 and know you are healed my his stripes and whole. Look for Angela for the best customer service. She was able to fix all my issues so quickly and with a smile. She also made rebooking fast and easy. If you have a long stay and dont need anything fancy (pool, gym, etc) this is the place to go. Its got quick access to many stores fast, and a great price that goes lower the longer you stay. Very animal friendly and kid friendly. It can get noisy at night depending on the current customers.
